Online Return Policy
We offer a 3 day return window on eligible online orders. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return. Certain orders may also be considered final sale at our discretion, including but not limited to multiple dress purchases or accounts with a high return history. Sale items, shoes, accessories, and special order dresses not stocked by the designer are final sale and cannot be returned. All in store purchases are final sale.
When placing your order, you may be asked to provide a need date. If your need date falls within the 3 day return window, your return request must be submitted before that date.
Return Options for Eligible Online Orders
Eligible regular price dresses may be returned in one of the following ways:
- You may return your dress for online store credit for the full purchase amount.
- You may return your dress for a refund minus a 10 percent restocking fee.
Return Requirements
Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery, including weekends and holidays, or before your stated need date, whichever comes first. Returns cannot be requested after the need date even if the order is still within the 3 day window.
All returns must be shipped back using FedEx or UPS only. Post office shipments are not accepted. Return shipping labels are not provided, and the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Items must be returned in the exact condition they were received, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, alteration, washing, or damage may be refused or subject to a 50 percent restocking fee.
Once a Return Authorization number is issued, the item must be postmarked within 3 business days. If your need date is sooner than 3 days, the item must be postmarked before that date.
Items marked final sale are not eligible for return.
Additional Details
Store credit may only be used toward merchandise and cannot be applied to shipping. Store credit balances are not redeemable for cash.
All online orders and returns must be handled through online customer service and cannot be processed in store.
Refunds and store credits are issued once the return is received and inspected. Customers are responsible for original and return shipping charges. International customers are responsible for all duties and taxes.
Returns sent without a Return Authorization number, shipped after the allowed window, or postmarked after the need date will not be accepted.
Any orders placed using promotional codes will have the promotion voided if a return is made.
Custom-Made Gowns
Please note that all custom-made gowns are final sale. Due to the personalized nature of these gowns, we do not offer returns, refunds, or credits on any custom-made items.
